Services. JWR Handyman Service LLC provides Drywall Repair, Handyman Services, Furniture Assembly, TV Mounting, Faucet Installation, Window Blinds Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Damages. JWR Handyman Service LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Choice of Law. IN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
